User Agreement

1. Introduction

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between all users ("User" or "You") of the Crypto Analysis AI application ("Application") and Alperen Kaplan ("We," "Us," "Developer"). By using the Application, you agree to all terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Application Access and Membership

The Application is distributed through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Access to the Application's premium features is provided through an auto-renewing subscription purchased inside the Application.

During the subscription period, you can access the Application's analysis tools and AI-supported features.

Subscription fees are disclosed before purchase and renew automatically until canceled. Cancellations are managed by the store you purchased through, not by us.

Subscription Plans & Trials

The Application offers monthly and annual subscription options, and may offer a free trial period.

Key Terms:

• The current price, billing period and trial length for your country are shown in the Application and on the store listing before you confirm your purchase. Prices vary by country and may change; any change applies only to future billing periods.
• If a free trial is offered, the subscription fee is charged when the trial period ends.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations must be made in your store account settings — Apple ID subscription settings on iOS, or Google Play subscription settings on Android.

3. Refunds and Consumption Data

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple, not by us. To request a refund you must contact Apple directly, and Apple alone decides the outcome.

Consent to share consumption data with Apple: By using the Application and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing information about your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple when resolving refund requests. This information may include how you accessed and interacted with the purchased content, whether the content was delivered and consumed, the age and standing of your account with us, and your purchase and refund history. We share this information only as needed to help Apple make an informed refund decision and in accordance with Apple's policies.

If you would prefer that we do not share this information for your refund request, email us at [email protected] before or at the time you submit the request and we will not send it.

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google under its own refund policy. No consumption data is shared with Apple for those purchases.

4. Application Usage and Risks

The Application provides AI-supported tools for analyzing cryptocurrency markets and developing trading strategies.

Data generated by the AI (predictions, indicators) is intended solely for educational and guidance purposes. This data cannot be interpreted as definitive financial advice or a guarantee.

Cryptocurrency trading involves high risk. Sudden losses may occur due to price volatility. All trading decisions are entirely your responsibility.

Using the Application for illegal activities or manipulative practices is prohibited.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

No Account or Contact Details Required:

The Application does not require you to create an account or to provide your name, email address, or phone number.

We do process a limited set of data linked to your device and to your subscription, as described in this section, in Section 3 and in our Privacy Policy.

Integrations and API Keys:

The Application does not require users to enter any API keys or integrate with third-party exchanges. All data is based on anonymous and general market information.

Google Analytics & Crashlytics:

We use Google Analytics and Crashlytics for in-app usage statistics and performance improvements. These tools collect:

• Anonymous usage data (e.g., which features are used, session durations),
• Technical information (device model, operating system version, app version),
• Crash reports (error details for troubleshooting).

Notification Permissions and Device Information:

We request permission to send notifications to users. With this permission, we store device information (device ID, operating system) to deliver notifications accurately.

This data does not include personal identity information and is used solely for:

• Subscription renewal reminders,
• Application updates,
• Critical information related to the services you have purchased.

6. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available."

The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or profitability of data generated by the AI.

The Developer cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of profit, data loss, etc.) arising from the use of the Application.

7. Copyright and Usage Restrictions

All content of the Application (AI algorithms, graphics, code) belongs to Alperen Kaplan and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

Copying, reverse-engineering, or redistributing the Application for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

8. Modifications and Termination

We may update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be notified within the Application or via the App Store.

The Developer may terminate your access to the Application without prior notice in cases of violation or for technical necessities.

9. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is subject to the laws of Turkey, where Alperen Kaplan is based.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Aydın, Turkey.

Privacy Policy

1. Collected Data

• Identity Data: no name, email address or phone number is collected.
• Anonymous Usage Data: collected via Google Analytics and Crashlytics.
• Device Information: used only for sending notifications (device ID, operating system).
• Subscription Data: purchase, renewal and subscription status information, processed through RevenueCat.

2. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising purposes. We share data only with the service providers we use to operate the Application — Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for analytics and crash reporting, and RevenueCat for subscription management — and with Apple as described in Section 3 when a refund request is being resolved. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes.
